Ayuda por favor

He actualizado el firmware de mi Zan Nano Plus a través de la web de Creative. Aparentemente todo ha ido bien, lo ha reconocido y he vuelto a cargar la musica. Pero al desconectarlo del pc e intentar encenderlo no hace nada. Y al conectarlo de nuevo al pc no hace nada tampoco. Que puedo hacer :?:

Prueba conectarlo al PC mantiendo pulsada la tecla play. A ver si así hace algo.

Y aunque parezca evidente mira que esté bien de batería.

Lo de la batería ya lo habia comprobado. He hecho lo otro y nada.

Me olvidé de avisarte que trataras de hacerlo con la batería quitada. No sueltes al play hasta unos 10s o así despues de conectar el reproductor al ordenador.

Ha saltado el asistente para nuevo hardware y ha cargado algo pero sigue sin funcionar

Prueba reinstalar el firmware de cero siguiendo estos pasos.

1. Download the firmware update to your hard drive.
2. Connect your player to your PC if it is not already connected.
3. Double click the firmware upgrade file.
4. When prompted to set your player in Recovery mode, disconnect your player from your PC.
5. Remove the battery from the player, press and hold the Play button while connecting the player to the USB port.
6. Continue to hold the Play button for about 10 seconds after your player is connected to the USB port.
7. When the Find New Hardware dialog box appears on your PC screen, release the Play button.
8. If this is the first time a player is installed as Player Recovery Device, Windows will find a Player Recovery Device (or USB Device), and prompt you for drivers. Click on No , and select Do not search. I will choose the driver to install. Windows will install the necessary drivers automatically.
9. Double click on the downloaded firmware again to update the player's firmware.
10. During the firmware update process, make sure to check the box next to Format Data Area under Download options.

Ya está aerreglado. Creo que antes no se habia ejecutado bien el programa. Le he dado al actualizador del firmware y lo ha hecho de manera diferente y ya funciona.
